The vision of 4PS Contact Center International Standard organizations is to conduct
research on contact center industry, development of standard system, research on
benchmarking evaluation, in order to support industrial pattern, management
instrumentation, industrial restructuring and promotion, talent system establishment and
talent culture, customer value promotion for the contact center and service outsourcing
industries in the future, in order to promote further development of the contact center
and service outsourcing industries.
Its ultimate goal is to develop 4PS Contact Center International Standard into a global
industry standard rooted in China for contact centers in the future, and develop its
organizations into an international standard authority in the field of contact
interaction and customer relationship management.
